guys - lets have a chat about concerts.
when i was in my 20s i used to go to about 5 concerts a month. Glasgow was really good for concerts because there was a place called king tuts wah wah hut for new bands - where oasis were discovered; the barrowlands ballroom - a fabulous venue with no seating so everyone just went crazy; and the secc - a bit like pavillao atlantico - where all the big bands went.
i have seen some great concerts (probabaly about 100) but also a lot of dross. Highlights must be U2 before they were famous with about 200 people, AC DC, the rolling stones (old but good) and the cult (the best ever)... concerts to forget would include OMD, the thompson twins and adam and the ants - but you guys are probably too young to remember them.
i still go to concerts occasionally, but not very often. i went to see the red hot chilli peppers here in lisbon , but it was very loud !!!! next month i am going to see "the cure" for the fourth time - fabulous - but there are very few people i really want to go and see these days...
enough about me - what about you guys ? any good concert stories ?

I still don't feel comfortable using this blog. I think that I'm always posting my comments in the wrong place! anyway, I want to tell that I missed the last lesson because I was extremely tired.

anyway, as you can see (and i assure you that it isn't an habit), i'm going to miss class again! sorry,Graham.
i'm running out of time because i have an exam on the 18th of february. the subjects are completely new to me. i've never learnt about marketing or merchandising!
i'm making summaries of things that i've been reading for quite a while. and now, time doesn't go back.
it's been wonderful to study again but at the same time, it's a little bit difficult to conciliate everything.
anyway, i have to stop writing! concepts such as "image", "brand", "identity" are waiting for me!!!
